Rays International being a key service provider to all the major Oil & Gas asset owners has teamed up with OneSource AS Pte Ltd Singapore, as their Regional Representative.
OneSource AS is an Oil & Gas industry professional with extensive experience in MODU, FPSO, MOPU & Drilling Units layups/stackings as well as Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
Rays International's association with OneSource AS can provide the Asset Owner with products and services and execute a complete Turnkey preservation work package that includes the following:
- An assessment of the assets in situ condition, which will overview the facilities systems and equipment.
- OEM special instructions for maintaining the affected equipment Certificates of Conformity.
- Preservation methodologies that incorporate a return-to-work strategy minimize the reactivation schedule.
- Communication/correspondence with the applicable Regulatory Body/Classification Society to credit the layup/stacking duration in consideration of the periodic survey schedule.
- Communication/correspondence with the Owners Insurer, to identify the break in operations and potential savings in reduced rates.
- Preservation maintenance checklists and record sheets.
- Preservation digital work planning and execution system.
The associated team within the region with Rays International will have full access to OneSource AS personnel, resources, and best-in-industry preservation products and services.
Rays International can facilitate services at the Owner's work on-site in accordance with the Owner's Permit to Work System, coordinated through the Owner's operation team.
All the preservation work performed by Rays International will be documented, reported to the Owners specification, and archived for maintenance records.
